Position Summary

Guggenheim Securities’ Capital Structure Advisory Group is a leading advisor to companies, investors and other stakeholders navigating complex financial situations and financial distress. The Capital Structure Advisory Group is a critically important strategic initiative for Guggenheim Securities, which in 2018 acquired Millstein & Co., a leading advisor to companies, investors, sovereigns and municipalities and other constituencies in special situations involving financial distress.

The Capital Structure Advisory Group offers an unparalleled opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major liability management, restructuring, and financing assignments. Associates will work on a range of assignments including both Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court transactions. Our Associates play an integral role throughout the life of a transaction and have meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives. Given this highly visible role and the complex nature of financial restructuring assignments, Associates will have the opportunity to develop a diverse set of financial, analytical and communication skills.

We are seeking bright, highly motivated individuals with solid corporate finance knowledge coupled with strong excel and modeling skills.
