We are seeking exceptional Associates to join our Investment Banking Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) team in Menlo Park. The TMT team advises clients in the technology, media and telecom sectors on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments. Key sub-sectors covered in the Menlo Park office include Security Software, Infrastructure Software, Data and Analytics, Application Software, Vertical Software, Enterprise Infrastructure and Systems. The team is a rapidly growing and critically important strategic initiative for Guggenheim Securities. Associates will join our highly collaborative team responsible for providing advisory services to private equity firms and corporate clients with a strong emphasis on sell-side advisory engagements.
