Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking experienced Analysts to join its Private Capital Advisory team in New York. The Private Capital Advisory team is focused on executing sponsor-led secondary transactions across the private markets (e.g., private equity, private credit, real assets). Secondary transaction mandates can include single- and multi-asset continuation funds, tender offers, strip sales, NAV loans and various other financing solutions for general partners. Sponsor-led secondaries are an innovative and increasingly utilized liquidity solution for private equity firms and, as such, Private Capital Advisory is a rapidly growing and critically important strategic initiative for Guggenheim Securities.
Candidates will join a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team that works in partnership with industry bankers and coverage teams on its transactions. GS Private Capital Advisory offers a unique opportunity to work on deal teams with meaningful exposure to senior bankers across Guggenheim and leading financial sponsor clients. Analysts play an integral role in transaction execution and new business development for major secondaries advisory assignments. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
