The Digital Marketing Producer will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications team at Guggenheim Securities.
The Digital Marketing Producer will contribute to and execute the digital brand and content strategy for Guggenheim Securities across all web properties and platforms including, but not limited to external and internal websites and social media channels. The Digital Product Manager will lead the product roadmap for website launches and redesigns; manage UX/UI design conception and implementation; set requirements for IT teams to use as milestones; manage content for Guggenheim Securities digital properties; coordinate with banking, research, and management teams to develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive engagement; and stay current on cutting edge technologies to ensure ongoing, consistent, and relevant engagement with clients, prospects, employees, and recruits.
Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and meticulous planning in a highly collaborative environment are requirements for the candidate. The ideal candidate will be able to define product roadmaps, ensure timely deliverables, crafting employee and client stories, and owning responsibility for the end-product. To be successful in the role, the individual should possess an entrepreneurial outlook and willingness to take a hands-on approach to all phases of planning and development as well as execution. This individual will have a client-focused mindset and liaise with multiple senior stakeholders and manage communication flows among internal teams, external agencies, and social media platform partners.
