Guggenheim Partners is seeking a CMBS Analyst to join its Investment Management division. Guggenheim Partners Investment Management (GPIM) manages approximately $6 billion in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities sector across a variety of total return and life insurance strategies. The CMBS Analyst will be responsible for reviewing all collateral and structural aspects of CMBS transactions with primary responsibility for evaluating and underwriting commercial mortgage loans and commercial properties. The CMBS Analyst will also be responsible for credit surveillance of existing positions and maintaining credit risk reports for Sector Lead and Senior Management. The position is located in Santa Monica.
