Guggenheim Partners is seeking a CMBS Sector Lead to join its Investment Management division. Guggenheim Partners Investment Management (GPIM) manages approximately $6 billion in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities sector across a variety of total return and life insurance strategies. The CMBS Sector Lead will be responsible for reviewing all collateral and structural aspects of CMBS transactions with responsibility for leading on conducting the evaluation of commercial mortgage loans and commercial properties, trade idea generation, and trading. The CMBS Sector Lead will also be responsible for credit surveillance of existing positions and maintaining credit risk reports for the Structured Credit team and Senior Management. The position is located in Santa Monica.
