Guggenheim Partners is seeking a Compensation Manager to join the Human Resources team. Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards this person will be responsible for all Human Resources aspects of communication design implementation and administration of the Company’s cash and deferred compensation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all Guggenheim businesses on total compensation related issues managing the Company’s compensation benchmarking process and ensuring the Company is providing market competitive total compensation packages. The ideal candidate will also have experience developing and administering deferred compensation programs.
The Compensation position will be located in New York.
