Asset Consulting Group (ACG) is seeking a Manager of Performance Reporting.  This person will provide leadership to ACG’s Performance Reporting Group as well as maintain and develop our performance reporting process and provide support to internal consultants and other business partners. As leader of this group this person will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports utilizing the Advent APX System reconciliation of performance discrepancies assistance in performance audits and other special projects as requested. In addition to strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to act upon deadlines that may change often. They will also be a hands-on manager - detail oriented, reliable, and be able to work effectively with multiple clients including consultants, custodians, management, and other departments.

• Manage a group of performance analysts on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficiency timeliness and accuracy in the preparation and delivery of client and firm-level reports.
• Oversee the management and coordination of data collection from investment managers and custodians with an emphasis on importing reconciling transforming and validating data for use across departments.
• Oversee the establishment of client accounts on reporting system
• Oversee the creation and production of customized client reporting packages
• Manage the reconciliation of return information collected from multiple sources
• Coordinate the maintenance of data feeds into and out of client reporting system with data team
• Prepare management level reports analyzing data extracted from performance system including client manager and returns information
• Report on and present ACG’s reporting capabilities to clients and prospective clients
• Handle multiple assignments concurrently

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree a plus
• At least seven years’ experience in financial services industry required
• Prior leadership/management experience required
• Experience with accounting systems - balancing accounts capital changes income tracking contribution/withdrawal tracking
• Strong working knowledge of investment products
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required (functions formulas & pivot tables)
• Experience using Advent APX product is a plus
• Must be team-oriented and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with multiple clients including consultants custodians management co-workers and other departments
• Ability to manage group to act upon deadlines that may change often
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
